About Coastal Resource Management

CRM,llc was founded by Ellen R Grimes in the late 1980’s. Ellen has a master’s degree in wetland science and aquaculture and has worked in both the regulatory and private sector sides of environmental permitting. Ellen is a certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional.

Katie Sanders joined CRM,llc in late 2019. Katie has a bachelor of science degree in environmental science and has experience on the regulatory side of environmental permitting prior to joining CRM,llc.  Katie is a certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional.
