Details

100-foot RPA Buffer Delineation

The 100-foot buffer area is located adjacent to and landward of the features of the RPA. CRM,llc can identify and delineate the 100-foot buffer area on your property.

Permissible RPA Encroachment Project Design

Permissible uses within the 100-foot buffer area include, but are not limited to, the installation of boardwalks, trails, pathways, and access paths, general woodlot management, sight lines, and projects approved by the Wetlands Board. A water quality impact assessment (WQIA) and/or a plan of development (POD) is required for any encroachment in the RPA. CRM,llc will efficiently and effectively file the appropriate applications and guide your project through the Local permitting processes.

CBPA Violation Resolutions

A buffer violation is issued when unpermitted construction and/or land disturbance occurs within the RPA. CRM,llc can work with you and the regulatory agencies to plan and design a satisfactory resolution to the violation.

After a site assessment has been conducted and a plan and design have been developed, CRM,llc will efficiently and effectively file the appropriate applications and guide your project through the Local, State, and Federal permitting processes.
